Startled Village

Along the path of the highway were numerous villages. The homes were covered in a thick layer of red dust. In fact, everything within 200 feet of the road work on either side was dusted with red.

I wonder if what the impact of the highway will have on these little villages, once tucked into the jungle, now exposed to progress.
