Horn Please

The truck, besides adding to the pollution of the air, has written on its back "horn please." I'm not sure what that is supposed to mean, but it is interesting that it is written in "broken" English. Maybe only English-speaking folks get impatient and want to pass, so they need to sound their horn?

Kathy's favorite back-of-vehicle inscription is "Don't Kiss" which presumably means "don't rear-end me." Hmmm....
