So many of the churches are being reguilded! This one has been completely redone in the past 10 years.

It's amazing that there are still so many churches, given how hard the former regimes tried to destroy them all.

Local residents say that some churches were built so tough, it got too expensive to demolish them (would use up too much explosives)!
