Famous Russian Soldier

After he got permission from the gang of undercover police officers roaming the street, Steve filmed Dad here, beneath the statue of this famous Russian (whose name I cannot remember).

Notice the new (less than 10 years old) high-rise in the background. There are surprisingly few skyscrapers built between 1960 and 1990 in Moscow.
